Important Shipping Rate Information

Shipping or Mailing Charges include:  Transportation charges,  a handling charge and insurance.  The shipping charges automatically calculated for your order are good for the contiguous lower 48 United States only.  Please watch your e-mail box after placing your order. We will send you an Order Status E-mail within 2 working days of receiving your order to inform you of our anticipated delivery time and to let you know if we expect any delay in processing your order. We will also e-mail you if we need additional information from you in order to process your order.

Orders Shipped to Street Addresses

Orders shipped to street addresses are the preferred and fastest method of ground delivery in the contiguous lower 48 states.  We recommend using a street address for deliveries to the lower 48 states.

Orders Mailed to Post Office Boxes

We will gladly mail to Post Office Boxes. This "may" take additional time for us to prepare your order or "may" incur additional charges to process because our shipping box sizes are designed for use with UPS or FedEx services.  When these non-standard boxes are mailed using the USPS usually the mailing costs will increase and delivery times may be extended.  Most orders will be mailed using the USPS Priority Mail Service Standard USPS Boxes (2-3 day delivery) unless you specifically request the slower and sometimes lower cost First Class Mailing Rate which can take 1-3 weeks for delivery.  For outlying or remote areas....especially in Alaska....we will mail using the USPS Priority Mail Service.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Possessions

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. possessions will be calculated based upon actual shipping charges incurred by us to ship the order to your location. Shipping, handling and insurance charges in excess of those automatically calculated on the order (the difference) will be added and charged to your credit card.  Orders "may" take an additional 5 to 10 days to process. Most orders will be mailed using the USPS Priority Mail Service unless you specifically state you prefer the much slower First Class Mailing Rate which could take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.

International Locations

Charges for shipments to Canada and other international locations will be calculated based upon actual mailing costs incurred by us to mail the order to your country. Orders "may" take an additional 5 to 10 days for us to process before we mail your order. ALL orders will be mailed using the USPS Priority Mail International Service which takes 6 to 10 working days for the USPS to deliver to your country. It may take a few extra days for your country's postal service to deliver the package to you.  Mailing, handling and insurance charges in excess of those automatically calculated on the order (the difference) will be added and charged to your credit card.

We address all international orders EXACTLY as you provide your address to us. We only process international credit card orders that return a "YES" when we enter the "CVV2" number. We ship only to countries that allow insurance for your order. We will NOT ship to a third party international address. Although we desire to provide services to international customers, we reserve the right to deny and not process any international order we feel may be fraudulent in order to protect ourselves and the cardholder.  If an international order is returned to us unclaimed, undeliverable or for any other reason and we are assessed any return charges....these costs will be charged to your credit card
